"The staff were really helpful, we'd not realised there was a private car park at the back of the hotel. I'd booked the room with the 500 year old 4 poster bed as a birthday treat, and the room was lovely. Staff were friendly and polite from reception, meal, checkout. Look forward to staying there again. Thanks"
