"Very nice property however personalization needs to be picked up as when the hotel is busy they don’t know what they’re doing, and also at the breakfast lounge a woman waitier sighed agresivly which was very rude and unprofessional."

"Very near to the famous square with nice personel. There is a valet parking next to the hotel but a little expensive. However if you are willing to walk there are plenty of parking options. I was at the pera room and the view was marvelous."

"The staff were extremely helpful, the location is excellent as it is so central and easy to get transport to other locations. There is a beautiful park within 5 minutes...the Bosphorus brige is not far..There is so much to see and do.. The hotel is nice and small...the chef lady is so lovely, her breakfast was amazing and kept us going through t out the day. A little bit of updating on the property would be nice..as it is really a lovely hotel with really lovely helpful, friendly...
