"Sometimes, it’s the small things that matter: the sheets were super soft, the black out shades were awesome, the shower head water pressure was incredible, there was a long, narrow shelf for my toiletries just under the bathroom mirror, the vinyl flooring was a great alternative to carpet (that is nasty in some hotels), and there multiple hooks to hang my various travel bags."

"We don't have a pet. Spa? I rarely rate lodging and generally accept that you get what you pay for BUT: A bathroom door that's too small for the door opening: a significant enough hump in the floor to be a trip hazard; batteries taped into the TV controller case, with no cover; bed frames that are oversized and sound and look as if they are made from steel drums. Sorry but this lodging is not worth even the smallest amount of money. I cancelled the return reservations for a few days later."

"I made a last minute reservation to stay at this hotel after I had been driving for 10 hours. When I got to the hotel, there had been a mixup and there was no room available but the front desk associate was awesome. Her name is Krista and her peer, who came in while the mixup was going on and helped to assist her, is named Haven. I manage a customer service team and I would hire either of them in a heartbeat. They found a room for me, did some last-minute cleanup and took care of everything. They are awesome. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was beautiful. I would stay here again without a second thought."
