This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and perfect location. Unfortunately, we had some problems with the room service being awful. Room was comfortable but the pillows were overly floppy, and walls very thin (could hear our neighbours very clearly!). Breakfast was good, but dinner was average. Driest chicken I've ever eaten!
