Room is okay, although floor could be cleaner, toilet room also clean, but there was no shower curtain and unfortanately no cleaning service during the day, so we had a wet floor until it dried out at the evening(not really comfortable)

Did not receive room cleaning when I requested it via the "button" in the room as instructed. I think it was defective, but the only way to find out was when they didnt clean the room...

Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
Very clean & comfortable room. Shower was amazing with bathroom having underfloor heating. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Spoke amazing English. Had breakfast 2 mornings & was all delicious. Had an evening meal which was beautiful. Staff again amazing & very attentive. Waiter was very helpful ...
