Very dissatisfied with the service. They do not possess professional knowledge for a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are nice but not very clean.

In general nice and clean hotel. When we checked it we were told that they didn't have our reservation booked through Orbitz. They said they can upgrade us to a bigger room free of charge due to their error. The room was so small and tiny; I don't even wanna imagine what their regular rooms look like. But very friendly staff and the hotel was clean. I'd say the Axel hotel has a better location if you want to go to gay bars.
