Great location with easy access to public transport links. The room however were rather "tired". There were renovation works going on, something that should have been mentioned in the hotel "description" since I am sure when I booked they would of been aware of it. Room was ok for what we need and time spent in it.
There was not much to like. It was tired and rundown. The rooms were disgraceful. The beds were so uncomfortable. The aircon did not work so the room was so hot and stuffy. Breakfast was terrible. The staff were not friendly at all.
There were under going a renovation. It was very loud all day from early in the morning. One elevator was being used by the construction crew so waits were long. The location was good but I thought it would have been nice for the staff to have given some consideration for the inconvenience but none was offered
Best part was transport links directly outside. There was building work going on but wasnt told until arrived...im sure when i booked they would of been aware of this...drilling at 0730 every morning for short time...understand this needs doing as does need some updating including the rooms but would of liked to be informed. Room was ok for what we need and time spent in it.
