Kruzeburg apartment

Great property, perfectly located for exploring Kruzeburg. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay, clean & very well equipped apartment. Desk staff are friendly and informative, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location, comfortable apartment

Location excellent. Right by Mortizplatz U Bahn. Great for exploring Kreuzberg on foot. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception time is limited but the communication regarding getting into the apartment out of hours was great. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

I have stay at Nena Apartments several times and it’s always smooth and clean. The location is great for walking to restaurants and bars in Kreuzberg, but it’s just off the main roads and it’s back from the street so it stays quiet. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Second stay here. This time the room showing signs of wear. Room at front, over reception are noisy. The area at front just amplifies the sound of people talking and the gate crashes shut. No air con and room is very warm and humid when weather is hot. Bit random as when someone on reception. Checking in done remotely and works fine. Would like front door to be closed more often. Worth it for the location to transport, kreutzberg and price? IMO yes. But next visit will require room at rear.

Communication with the venue manager (Paula) was excellent. She was very helpful and would rapidly address all my questions prior my arrival. It was a spacious and clean studio. The extra bed's mattress was a bit too thin (that's the only thing I would improve)

Great spot! Very clean, new, had everything we needed and even with 3 people a room with a rollaway bed had space and was a comfortable roll out! Great location, 3 mins walk from subway station to connect you everywhere. Would stay again!

The apartment is big but a weird layout. The TV faces the stove/sink area, theres nothing to sit and watch a part from a very tini table wirh 2 plastic chairs. The whole place is gray.

Great location - very walkable area and right by the subway. Clean. Very nice restaurants and brunch places within a 10 min walk. I usually travel in N. America - so a couple things that were different - Netflix, Amazon Prime - I needed to login with my account on the TV (there wasn't cable, etc provided). 2 Nespresso were provided - when I asked for more the next day - they said they usually only provide for the first night although they did give me two more. And they weren't able to provide extra pillows for my wife. We did leave all out food/drinks in the fridge when we checked out - and when we came back they'd gathered them all into a nice bag for us - so that was a big plus! Overall a great place!

Very modern and fresh apartments but I had a few issues: 1, it was way too hot in the apartment, even with a fan it was hard to sleep. AC is needed. 2, they hadn't drained the shower for a long time which made it flood over, I fixed it myself but I shouldn't have to remover other guests old hair fron the shower drain. 3, since we were three people in our room, we had an extra bed. This bed had the thinnest mattress I've ever slept on, also the bed itself broke down multiple times due to damaged parts. I ususlly don't have a hard time sleeping but this surely was too uncomfortable.

Terrible place

During my stay, I encountered several inconveniences that made my experience less than pleasant. Firstly, there was no room service available, and the absence of air conditioning in the sweltering summer heat was a considerable discomfort. To address this issue, I had to engage in negotiations with the receptionist to obtain a fan, and even then, the fan they provided was broken, necessitating my own repairs. In addition, the bed in my room was far from comfortable, resulting in me waking up each morning feeling exhausted. Furthermore, the room itself was relatively small, which added to the overall sense of confinement. Over the course of my six-night stay, I found myself eagerly counting down the days until my departure, primarily due to these subpar accommodations.

In unserem ersten Zimmer waren beiden Bettdecken mit Blutflecken verschmutzt, Geschirr war nicht vorhanden, die Küche war nicht richtig sauber. Uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was wir angenommen haben. Leider schien das ein Zimmer zu sein, wo sich die Angestellten sonst gern aufhalten. Mehrfach wurde abends und morgens die Zimmertür geöffnet, weil jemand vom Team hineinwollte. Das geht gar nicht!!

Im badezimmer henkel anbringen, damit man das Handtusch aufhänken kann. Ich spreche nicht vom Frottetuch sondern vom Handtusch für, wenn man auf der Toilette war z.B. Es fehlen Haken rund ums Lavabo. das Geschirr war zum Teil etwas dreckig, sowie die weissen Wände, könnte man einfach reinigen.

Der Aufenthalt war mit vielen Problemen verbunden.Ich war rechtzeitig zur Anmeldung in der Rezeption, die Rezeptionistin erkrankt. Das angekündigte Anmeldeformular war nicht im Zimmer. Das Auschecken zur gewünschten Zeit war ebenfalls nicht möglich. Die Möblierung des Apartements war bescheiden, kein Sessel, keine Kofferablage,etc. Schöne Dusche, aber ungenügende Dichtung unten an den Duschtüren, dadurch viel Wasser im Raum. Schöne Kapselkaffemaschiene, aber keine passende Tasse. Schade!! Die Lage ist sehr gut.Umgebung, Bus und UBahn. Für reine Übernachtung sehr gut.
