Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!

Not the most luxurious accommodation I've ever stayed in, but the room, whilst small, had a well equipped kitchen and separate workspace; finally, the underfloor heating was much appreciated!

Bang for your buck

Great place to stay right in front of a U station. Groceries across the street, fast food, and nightlife near by. Easy to access the building, fast elevator, and quiet on the interior rooms. Only issues - the shower leaked, pooling onto the bathroom floor. Only two towels given for a one week stay. Overall very happy with the quality, location, and price. Will book again and bring my own towels.

The location and surroundings of the hotel were really great. Bus and metro stops were within walking distance, and right across from the building there were markets and shopping centers where you could find anything you might need. I found the area to be very safe. Check-in and check-out were quite easy. The house had everything you could need. If you’d like, you can prepare your own meals with food you buy from outside. The seating area was a bit limited — the sofa was very small and didn’t seem clean to me. There were some stains and hair on it. I didn’t use the sofa, so it didn’t bother me much. I wouldn’t say the cleanliness was perfect either, as there was dust in some areas. However, if I come back to Berlin, I would definitely choose this place again.

Cosy, comfortable & close to subway, restaurants..

Nena apartments are located in a perfect central location across the street from the subway system (easy to take subway to the airport) in addition to it's proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. It was great to have a small kitchenette for breakfast. Cosy, safe and clean. Would highly recommend.

I loved it and will return next time in Berlin

Hands-off enough to let you live your best Berlin life, but always there if you need them. The room was better than advertised, clean, well equipped in the kitchen, a balcony for fresh air, and solid thick walls that kept noise at bay. Couldn't ask for a better location, literally in front of an U-bahn exit (U8 and U7 lines), and they were really nice.

Fire alarm went off for no reason t 4:45 am and the emergency number of the building was unreachable. Had to call the authorities and was forced to stand outside in the cold for 45 minutes for the police and fire department to finish protocol. The building manager was not reachable causing inconvenience for everyone. One of the guests mentioned it was the second time it happened in his stay there.

Stayed for a 5 nights business trip. The appartment was a (almost) white appartment, and somebody have put in a minor number of furniture. No plants, nothing on the walls besides from dirty marks. It is not a great place to spend time in, but it has a balcony and a bed. Shower is tiny. Can not recommend.

A reasonable choice if you waited to make plans

The location is great, and the staff were all courteous. But with more choices, I wouldn't stay there again. The space is oddly maintained -- the same dirty cup was on the floor of the lobby for the first couple of days we stayed there. The laundry room was dusty, the floors felt perpetually dirty. Our apartment was a bit spartan -- a fold out couch that slowly unfolded itself as you sat on it. A wardrobe but no dresser in the bedroom. A well-stocked kitchen, which we really wanted, but with rickety folding chairs. So we tended to go out to eat and it wasn't somewhere I wanted to bring guests. The biggest reason I would not return if I had a choice was the low-signal, unsecured wifi. I had to burn through a ton of data. Oh, and they gave us one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag, and said after that, we had to buy our own. "It's an apartment, not a hotel." They said that a lot.

Schlichtes Businessapartment mitten in Berlin

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment fast mitten in Berlin. Für ein paar Nächte ist alles da was man braucht. Parken ist etwas schwierig, aber in nur 500m Entfernung gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus für EUR 4,50 / 24 Stunden. Wir sind freundlich empfangen und in unser Apartment gebracht worden. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns auch kurz die Technik erklärt (und den Tipp mit dem Parkhaus gegeben).
