The reviews said close to everything and we didn’t find that was the case at all. There was huge amounts of construction. So there was no beauty around the premises at all. But the hotel was a fine place to rest up to venture out.

Fabulous friendly, helpful staff. The facilities, though basic, were in good condition, clean and well maintained. A super breakfast buffet. Only problem was the WiFi didn’t work well, so was basically useless.

The staff was friendly and communicated well in English. The rooms have more amenities than you’d would expect for the price, and the neighborhood was very quiet both during the day and at night. Easy walk to multiple public transit lines. Only wish would have been a lager drinking glass in the cupboard.

The hotel served as a clean safe place to overnight. We use the microwave and kettle (water cooker). There are no plates or cutlery so need to ask to borrow. The reason we rated the hotel as average is we found the receptionist unfriendly on check in (it reminded me of the importance of a friendly welcome ). Also when we were leaving we had to wait 10 minutes at reception for someone to give us access to the suitcases we had left for a couple of hours after check out.
