I liked how it resembled the photos, and it was sort of clean upon entering. Trash wasn’t taken out, and WiFi in the building was gone for almost all 3-4 nights I was there, which put a big hindrance on planning my trip and making some last-minute calls since I didn’t have service in my time in Europe. All hot water in the shower and sink went away, and I was left with ice-cold water on day 2. I am also certain the hotel was still under construction in some parts. To top that, the electrical work for all the appliances and lights was oddly switched around and configured terribly. That last part is truthfully a nitpick on my end, so take it as you will; however, the rest regarding water and Wi-Fi is true in its entirety.

The room was small but renovated very well and quite comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and wifi and TV options excellent (Google TV allowed great flexibility )

Pros: Great area, close to warschauer str s and u-bahn. Lots of restaurant, clubs nearby. Room was very small, but renovated, clean and bed was great. Very busy road right outside, but the windows were very soundproof. There was a fridge and a capsule machine for coffee, which I appreciate. Although there were only coffee for 2-3 days, and not 5 days which was the duration of my stay. Cons: I had to contact the hotel to get the check in- information, which was supposed to be sent automatically the day before. Also, the room wasn't cleaned at all during my 5 night stay. If I wanted cleaning I had to pay extra, even for new towels. When staying for so long at least the garbage should be emptied, coffee cups changed, coffee capsules refilled and towels changed once.

This is not a hotel!

Don't go here! It's not an hotel, it's more like apartments. No reception, no early checkin, no common area, no working areas, no atmosphere, no breakfast. Really horrible and completely misstated / oversold on the website / advertisement.

Woke us up at 09:55 and said we had to check out now even check out is 11:00. Had to get the framed poster ,thats on the table in the room, that clearly states check out is 11:00. Came back at 10:50 to remind us check out is 11:00.

The worst experience ever! We couldnt get into the hotel, hot water didnt work, heating didnt work and service was not there. DO NOT GO! Dont let the photos fool you. I have gone to many hotels and this was by far my worst experience ever!!!!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und für kurze Aufenthalte gut ausgestattet. Die App für den Check-In und die Steuerung der Türen funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider schwimmt das ganze Badezimmer, wenn man die Dusche benutzt. Auch wäre ein frischer Anstrich der Zimmer nicht verkehrt.

Eine gute Nacht zu einem günstigen Preis

Es war eine günstige Bleibe für eine Nacht in der Woche. Die klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und der Ventilator konnte das Zimmer nicht wirklich kühlen. Es war aber möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, was die warme Sommernacht erträglich machte. Automatischer Check-In war problemlos.

Mooie kamer en ook schoon. Geen Airco en met buiten 30+ graden werd dat exht wel gemist en de staande ventilator was niet genoeg helaas. Lokatie is ideaal. Naast East Side Galery en station Warschau strasse. En ook dichtbij de wijk Friesrichshain, met vele leuke cafés en restaurants. Uitzicht aan de achterkant op vuilnisafhaal-depot niet echt leuk. Douche was heerlijk, alleen wordt de hele doucheruimte nat als je de douche gebruikt. Omdat er maar één klein scheidingswandje is. Koud water in de wasbak is een mager straaltje. Verder okay

Für den Preis richtig gut. Vieles ist fußläufig easy erreichbar. Sauberkeit passte und parken war sogar auch kein Problem. Direkt am Stück Berliner Mauer aufzuwachen ist nicht verkehrt.
