"Clean and modern, with a nice coffee-shop at reception. But, the computer check-in process was over-complicated - and my room wasn't ready when it should have been. If humans check you in, it's so much better."

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Munich. It’s extremely well maintained, and our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and featured everything you need for a relaxing stay. Robes, slippers, air con, electric blackout blinds, chrome cast TV, gorgeous mini bar, Molton & Brown toiletries, plus a nightly top up of bottled water and popcorn.
Best of all though, is the hotel team. The lady who checked us in on 13th August gave us the perfect welcome, and the front desk staff on 14th were...

For the budget end of the Holiday Inn range this is an excellent hotel. Good location for the Hirschgarten park and Backstage concert venue. Easy to access via Sbahn, Ubahn and bus.
What did confuse me at first was the 1st floor, which i was on is DOWN from reception.
Will be looking at again in the future

Great bar and bar staff- very entertaining watching the cocktails being made.
Could do with a mirror closer to the electricity socket and more convenient to use the hair dryer in the room.

Absolutely superb room with hot tub. This hotel is in a perfect location. Right in the heart of the city. The welcome drink was much needed and the staff couldn’t have done more. They were excellent. The room was very quiet. Didn’t hear any other guests or street noise. Easy to get to from the airport on the Sbahn. Exit at Isartor and it’s a 5 mins walk.
I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to all the staff :)

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. It had this lovely courtyard where you can enjoy the sunshine, and the location was brilliant, with front and back entrances onto two streets with really lovely shops and restaurants. It was super easy to get to the main train station. The only negative was that, in the rooms, you had to pay for tea and coffee, but this wasn't obvious. You could easily open the bags and then realise...

Property properly catered to the needs of the typical Munich city center visitor; we were very satisfied with the amenities, property, and especially staff. We will choose Novotel Munich City again in the future :)

This is our second time in the hotel , 8 years apart, the hotel is impeccable and very well maintained. Great area, perfect for a city break and very good for a family. Will recommend and hopefully will be back.

Got airport train S8 to Marienplatz. Hotel was about 3 minute walk. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable beds and free mini bar with water, beer, cola and apple juice re filled each day. Wifi was excellent and staff polite and friendly. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Would definitely stay here again

One of the best hotels I have stayed in - room comfortable - staff lovely. The spa was amazing really enjoyed a swim then sunbathing outside. Perfect quiet location but short tram trip and you were in the centre of Munich.

Such a great stay at the Adina. We had a studio room with a mini kitchen- perfect with a hungry teenager!
Pool & gym were perfect active zones for us. Staff super accommodating & friendly.
Location perfect for town visits & lots of local eating spots.
Really recommend

Firstly I have to say the staff were all wonderful throughout the stay.
The other standout of the hotel was the breakfasts - plentiful, varied, high quality, generally amazing.
The hotel is well located and the facilities were very nice, definitely a recommendation from us
