"Excellent ryokan to stay and enjoy private onsen bath. The ryokan is super clean, neat and tidy. Dinner and breakfast meals were excellent and delicious. Staffs are super friendly. Onsen bath facilities are excellent, clean and very quiet. We had a great overnight stay here and will be back for sure in our next trip to Beppu. Highly recommended."

"駐車場にて出迎えてくれたり、水や氷をお願いしてもすぐに届けてくれたりと、とても丁寧な接客に満足しました。朝食もとてもおいしく、見晴らしの良い最上階からの眺めも格別でした。朝食の後は、同じ場所で無料で色々なお茶やコーヒー、お菓子が楽しめたのもよかったです。また、早朝から深夜まで、大浴場を利用できたのもよかったです。"

"The rooms are smelly and there was a spider in the room. The sheets are underneath a blanket/cover combo that had obvious stains. We couldn't even spend the night and ran to another hotel. The staff is very nice but the property is just not good."
