I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "One of the staff at the lobby was not very helpful and professional and the outdoor bath was tepid, with very little hot water. The bath on the lower floor was hot enough and needs updating. Lots of food for the buffet and that was their best selling point. "
