"Room was clean but our shower needed plunged as it would not drain. On-site restaurant, pool, and poolside bar were wonderful. The three bed room only has one bathroom which was not very clear. Will stay again."

"This is more like a boutique hotel. If I could give it 10 stars I would. My husband and I were in Saint Joseph's for our granddaughter's wedding. From the moment we checked in until we checked out the service was beyond one expectation. We have traveled extensively over the years and stayed at many five star rated Hotels around the world. My husband, disabled and the staff was so kind to assist us from the car The handicap ramp in the rainstorm. The restaurant on site was awesome! The location cannot be sits directly directly across the street from Lake Michigan and what a beautiful view it is. We hope to return one day in the future."

"Staying at Silver Beach Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and it was very easy to park in this downtown area. We loved having a view of Lake Michigan as well as being able to enjoy walking on the Bluff / experiencing downtown St. Joe without having to move our car. The breakfast was very basic, however, without a lot of choices. We ended up going to one of the many coffee shops in the area."

"Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives."

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Was only there to rest at night. It was quiet and air worked well. Had room cleaned after 2 nights which was great. The only problem was the TV would seem to have to regain connection every so often."

"We need good internet and Staybridge came through. When we had trouble logging into the WiFi, the staff quickly problem solved the issue and jury-rigged a solution. Breakfast was also good. The room just needs a table to eat off."
