"The staff and room were perfect fornour weekend trip. Keep in mind that the hotel is nearing their 100 year anniversary. The furniture in the room allowed for moment and the bedding and linens have been updated. Does it have a whirlpool tub? In the room no but they do have a spa on the third floor with two outdoor pools and hot tub on the 7th builtin to the hillside. If the spa isnt your cup of tea, bathhouse row is a block away or shopping and restaurants are right outside. We did not dine at their facilities but did enjoy the concert that was provided Friday night in the lobby bar area. "

"We stayed 5/24-5/29 at the Hotel Hot Springs. The hotel was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to from our hotel. The hotel was nice but some things need an update, but nothing substantial. "

"Very friendly and competent front desk staff. I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered! My window faced the courtyard, so i had no interstate traffic noise, and no issues with noisy other guests. Mattress was comfortable, plenty of room in the room, too. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower, but oh well. Room initially had a funky smell when I came in, like someone had smoked pot in there recently. But either the smell dissipated or I got used to it lol. Good walking distance from lots of restaurants, farmers market etc. I found on-street parking, so there was no parking fee for me."
