"The room was large. One side of the bed creaked but was clean and comfortable. The shower was clean. We didn’t stay for breakfast but the coffee was good. The rate was reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is older and shows its age with a leaning radiator that wasn’t totally attached to the wall but still worked. A decent, clean room for an overnight stay.."

"The hotel is set up next to the mountains and was a wonder, the serene environment was obvious from the start. The staff from the front desk to the daily transportation from our room back to the top main lobby by golf cart was attentive, professional and very accommodating. We had a girls trip and stayed in one of the Casitas with access out our back to the Adults only pool. I was amazed at the beautiful setting and the relaxed feeling of sitting poolside with nature all around. My rating was a "4" because the resort is a bit worn around the edges but because of the staff and the setting I can not wait to visit again! Thank you to everyone that made it so special!"
