There was nothing good here, the entire property hD dust, Isaw hair and lizard in the room. Restaurant jad insects flying around food and I saw a cockroach.

Good stay for the money

It was a good stay. I was expecting the luxury and comfort of Royal Archid near domlur. No specific complaints. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful

Disappointed - was a better place

At The check in the guy at the desk was so unwelcoming - all he said is your room is all set and NO BREAKFAST in your packages n handed over the keys. Would definitely like to be bit more tactful even if he needs to highlight it. (i did not want the BF as i am a total vegetarian and glad to go out for it) Hot water is a major problem in this place even after wasting a lot of water to get it - pressure is very low on the shower. TV - even though it was highlighted that premium channels available - nothing worked in both the TV's.

Nice but could improve

Overall service and amenities were nice. We booked the 3 bedroom room for 1 night and it was clean and spacious. It stated as 3 king beds but found out only had 1 king bed and 4 twin instead. Not deal breaker but it would be nice if the bed situation reflected what was stated on the website. In terms of wifi it was not up to standard compare to the price you pay to stay here. We have 6 people on the same trip and were only given the option to connect 2 devices (you can't sign out to use a different device) so some of us were left with no internet access. Speed was on the slower side also. Breakfast was decent with eggs to order and an assortment of Indian and western style foods. Overall great if you need to stay in a nice place with a big group.

Not as it seems...

Not the best... No hot water after 6pm due to maintenance for the duration of my stay. Mould in the shower unit everywhere. Gym is not as in the pictures, 2 multi use machines both the same, 2 dumbbells, a bench, elliptical, 2 treadmills....all old equipment. I booked based on the advertised images. Plus the gym isn't in the hotel it's over the road. Staff really nice and attentive and the food, great, Can't complain there. Breakfast traditionally Indian with few western selections. Room was clean and bottles of water replaced daily. Overall a bit mislead even if the price was attractive at the time of booking.

A Decent and quite place at Whitefield, Bangalore

Nothing to say negative and everything was positive. All i was missing is a shaving mirror in the bathroom. i will gladly go there again if i need to go for any stay at Whitefield area of Bangalore.

Terrible stay.

My husband and I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The air conditioning leaked all over our bags, soaking our clothes and it was so loud we could hardly sleep. The shower was completely clogged and did not drain resulting in a flooded bathroom within 5 minutes of attempting to shower. The bathroom had no further drainage, so we had to ask for extra towels to mop up the water so it didn't go into the hallway. The staff was not concerned and did not offer to help or switch our room. We had viewed the rooms prior to booking and been recommended to stay here by a local. The rooms we were shown were VERY different than the one we were given, which was dingy, with lights that didn't work, a very old and uncomfortable mattress, and several other problems. We spoke to the manager upon checkout and he agreed to wave a late check out fee but was otherwise completely apathetic. The hotel's dining is quite good as is the restaurant's service. We will not stay here again when we visit Bengaluru.

GREAT.

I enjoyed very much staying at this impeccable hotel. Decoration, facilities, buffet breakfast are great. Beds and pillows are excellent. Personnel can not be better, making me feel at home immediately. I did not miss my home at all. There is a mall next to the hotel with a grocery store which is very convenient. You don't have to worry, you can only enjoy when staying in this hotel.

I was on personal work, visiting Bangalore from the USA. The Royal Orchid Suites is a quiet place located in a residential complex away from the main roads. The place has clean rooms, good food and excellent service.

Booking Notification Was Not Done.

Hotel did not receive the booking information when i checked in at around 2pm, they didn't have any details about my booking and had to wait for more than a hour to retrieve the booking details and check-in.

Noise noise, overly intrusive staff

Check-in was pleasant and the girl at the counter was very helpful. But the guy who led me to my room (I told him not to, but he came anyway) came into my room despite my telling him I can find stuff in the room myself, and only left after I told him a second time that I can figure out the lights by myself. Just after 11pm, I was woken up by loud noises (I was staying on the first floor), and could hear someone moving furniture. I open the door to see hotel staff dragging some furniture - this stopped after I yelled. Before and after that, I could also hear the staff talking loudly in the corridor, and it was tough to get some sleep. You get what you pay for.

Enjoyment at a good fare

The Royal Orchid Suite is very comfortable and at a convenient location in the Whitefield area where most of the technology parks are located. The only disappointment was the closure of the pool during the winter season which was not notified at the time of booking and on the website.

Rooms na--- Appartments. Gives u good space

Each Room is provided with separate dining area, hall and room with balcony, calling business associates for meeting and all becomes so convenient, Only thing is the hotel should look forward to provide more delightful service that the ordinary service. For long stay or short stay the hotel is perfect match. Don't bet on food, u may not like it very much. Overall good experience
