Stay here on regular basis. Nice restaurant on 10 th floor good and helpful staff. Still needs some updating but looks like they are working on it step by step. Good location for MG Road

Would I stay at this property again! No. Staff were very friendly and attentive however the hotel needs an upgrade. It is very old, mould in the bathroom, every time we left the room we would have to get our card reactivated. Staff were not keen on us changing room. Had a massage treatment at the spa and it was the worse I’ve ever had. Dam towel, staff talking, mobile ringing, staff in and out of room and technique was terrible. Hotel has potential however some money needs to be spent on it.

The hotel cleanliness was poor, the sheets were stained, the toilet flush did not work, the room had a window but it was next to the airconditioning system and noisy and now view other than pipes.

Possibly the worst experience I've had in a hotel in 6 countries! They refused my friends from visiting my room, even if it was for half an hour. They do not let you get food from outside. I asked for water and did not get it for 3 hours. Will never make the mistake of going back or let others I know go there

Loved it! Location and staff was brilliant, spoke to chef Sobha and it was interesting ans couldn’t fault the hospitality! Regy at the Reception was very helpful sorting my Uber out, all in all great stay and would stay again!

The best location in the city. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is really friendly. Quality is a little disappointing in terms of washrooms. Food options are limited but the nearby areas are quite rich. Overall I will recommend this hotel if you are visiting the city.

The standard rooms are pathetic to say the least. Claustrophobic and dingy. The club rooms are better, but the cost does not justify. It’s much better to opt for Hyatt or Taj - which are around the same location but worth it.

Tremendous service, particularly at breakfast
Particularly enjoyed the Chinese restaurant with 360 degree views of Bangalore and locally prominent landmarks such as the M Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium. Breakfast also immaculate service and widespread choice topped off by delicious cappuccino. Fabulous value for money.
