People who check in after midnight should be reminded that there are other guests in the nearby rooms sleeping!!! I was woken up by very loud people checking in around 1:00am

He was a clean properly recently, either renovated or maintained

There is no physical staff to check you in. You check in with someone who is remote with spotty internet connection so it takes extra time to check in. No one comes by to clean your room, if you need any towels you need to go grab them yourself. Walls are supper thin can hear ppl next door and ppl walking around upstairs.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Only thing I would’ve liked was the cafe to be open early enough to pick up some iced coffee first thing in the morning.

It was a convenient location to my meeting. Very boutique-like property. Breakfast was "sparce"- continental ( bread, packaged sweet rolls, bagels, cereal and fruit). The parking was amenable to a compact car, only. Very narrow spaces and had to bring in my mirrors to get out of the space. I recommend this hotel for location.
