It put it down to 1/2 the reception lady (who seemed to try her best) and 1/2 the systems which she said were upgraded that morning. 1) Could not find booking. 2) Took us to a room that had not been cleaned. 3) Took us to a room that had someone in it. 4) Delayed to then find us a room which was available and clean. Got that room. 5) 30 mins in when we were trying to sleep, someone walked in with another key. Reception apologised...."
