"This visit was very poor.
It put it down to 1/2 the reception lady (who seemed to try her best) and 1/2 the systems which she said were upgraded that morning.
1) Could not find booking.
2) Took us to a room that had not been cleaned.
3) Took us to a room that had someone in it.
4) Delayed to then find us a room which was available and clean. Got that room.
5) 30 mins in when we were trying to sleep, someone walked in with another key.
Reception apologised...."
"Staff was amazing, they helped accommodate our family 2 room reservation so we can have conjoining rooms. Beth at the front desk was amazing, as well as the other older gentleman. I didn’t get his name but helped us when our children locked our room. The breakfast was amazing, room was clean, we are definitely coming back!! 10/10"
