"Although a little tired, in need of a little tlc and probably passed the beest days, enough about myself, we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight layover stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Easy transfers and check in. Bed was AMAZING. So comfortable. Breakfast fresh and although simple it met our needs. Would definitely book again as so handy for Charlotte airport."

"The staff was helpful and caring. However the dining area left much to be desired. Trashbin was so full with breakfast plates, etc. that it was impossible to clean up ones breakfast. Tables were not wiped down when i arrived, nor when I left. The eggs were not warm enough to feel one had a hot breakfast. The room was clean. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay. What stood out as a positive was the front desk staff!!!"

"Terrible experience. I didn't realize I had lost my Gold Bonvoy status and the front desk would not bend on a late check out. They lied and said the hotel was fully booked even though there were rooms available online. I finally just paid for another night so my kids could swim in the pool for 2 hours before our flight. We were out by 2pm. HORRIBLE. I'm going to start building up my Hilton status after this."

"Room smelled heavily like weed when we first got there. Aired it out and it went away. Everything is what you would expect for a budget hotel/motel. Not the best beds or anything, but adequate for someone like me that doesn't really care. Quick and easy Uber ride to the airport."

"Staff was super friendly. Access to the hotel was very convenient. Only bother for us was that we didn’t check before hand, so were caught off guard by the paid parking as we were not downtown. Luckily it was only $12, but that may have swayed our choice of hotels. "
