Had ocean view but no chairs on tiny patio. Upgraded our room but our friends had a way bigger room. Guess upgrade was the tiny balcony. Breakfast buffet was horrible 2 days in a row. Good and Friendly staff. However, I don't think exploiting guests via transportation fees is good value add and should be regular practice.
