"The room was exactly like the picture on the website when we reserved. It was the perfect getaway weekend at the beach.
The breakfast buffet is incredible and absolutely worth adding it to your room rate.
The only thing missing for us was for the staff to be a touch more attentive when you walk by, just to feel noticed since it is a 4 star property.
But overall we can highly recommend it and are looking forward to returning."
"Bedroom was clean and comfortable, only issue was a weak shower. Hotel clean throughout.
Hotel has limited parking for smaller cars, cannot accommodate larger vehicles (Land Rover size), so had to park on street using app and remembering to renew every 4 hrs.
We paid for buffet breakfast, it was very good with a varied selection and good quality.
Hotel is in a good location."
"Excellent apartment unit in pristine condition
Everything you need including fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle etc. I was visiting with my 2 young kids as a single mom and they loved it. It's similar to a haven caravan type offer. Only things I'd improve was if beds were made for arrival and some bits were missing from the play area zone such as table tennis pads and balls so you couldn't use the equipment. However my kids loved the play area, swings and there was a permanent bouncy castle too. Swimming pool was an awesome addition just inside the Ibis hotel. We went at 8am and had it to ourselves for nearly an hour. I'd definitely stay here again for a prolonged period of time. It just requires to go prepared IE.same as Havens in the UK you need to take washing up equipment, soap, dishwasher tablets etc. obvs if this is a surprise on arrival it's annoying to go out and buy. But the listing does tell you everything you need to know. You also get supplied with a dishcloth and 1 dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, which did us for our overnight stay.
Overall, excellent accommodation especially with children. We will definitely return if in the area. Also loved going for a short walk to the local cemetery which has war graves and is nice and peaceful.
Only other issue we had was I couldn't get through on the provided number to contact help. But I think that's because I don't know how to dial when abroad!"
"Expensive but high quality. Staff great and hotel facilities what you would expect
Only one bar and restaurant but handy for the beachfront with plenty of choice
One thing to watch is car parking is very expensive at €45 a night. Shame to rip off high value customers"
"Great location for beach and transport links. Initially a very aesthetically pleasing bright airy apartment… closer inspection reveals a shabby chic appearance with paintwork requiring a fair bit of touch up. Nonetheless, a very comfortable apartment and super bed. Would question the safety of an overhead microwave (I’m 5ft 10 and found it somewhat precarious!) All the utensils one might need though provision of small bottles of oil/salt would be useful. Signage displaying a rather cheeky and hefty charge to be imposed if dishes aren’t washed prior to departure, left me gathering my jaw from the floor, but I duly complied. Quite noisy overhead so would advise requesting top floor or bring earplugs. Great shower and nice toiletries. I would definitely recommend. Really welcoming staff and nice lollipops 😃"
