Fabulous hotel with friendly helpful staff, it was a real joy to stay here. Comfortable bed and a lovely room and Jo Malone scents. The breakfast buffet is delicious!

Nice central location, beds clean, nice room, didnt use the bar or breakfast but looked nice. 3 lifts all worked. Need room key to access lifts for extra security. Would stay here again.
