Could not have asked for a better stay. Clean, spacious room with generous amenities and working AC. Staff were extremely kind and helpful in every aspect. Short walking distance to much of the main shopping centers and many of excellent restaurants (both in opinion and those found on Google and other references). Would not hesitate to stay at the Ten Square Hotel again, it was great!

The place was spotless. Staff were some of the best I’ve met anywhere in the world. Well done and thank you for a great stay. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The beds were way too soft. I sank into the bed and the overnight manager could not locate a camp bed for me to use. Have me 4 pillows which I placed on top of mattress to have better sleep. The breakfast was good. And spacious rooms.

This place is great ! It’s near everything and the staff is lovely. One thing though is that on weekends it gets very loud . I don’t think a quiet room will solve that problem as it’s club thumping bass until 1am.

I had the most wonderful stay. The location is absolutely perfectly centrally located but still feels quiet. The staff were so kind and helpful. My one and only complaint is that the mattress and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, definitely overly firm which isn’t my favorite. Everything else was just wonderful and I would absolutely recommend and stay again if I have the opportunity to visit again!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay. Great hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and quiet and other areas of the hotel were clean and well looked after. We didn’t eat in the restaurants due to other plans but the breakfast was lovely.

Fabulous city centre stay
Wonderful stay in the centre of Belfast. Great location for exploring tbe city, smart modern hotel, with stylish bar and restaurant . From the moment we arrived staff were so friendly and helpful. Stayed a coiple of weeknights in February , so did not experience the live music in the bar, nor the rooftop bar.(thanks.Leah though for taking us up there and giving us a a tour). Breakfast was excellent, again staff were outstanding, as were the bar staff in the evenings. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel its an excellent location, but has a few down side, like, no set down parking outside hotel so you have to dodge parking attendants while unloading bags at the hotel, and the parking offering for the hotel was at the Value Carpark which was too far away and very expensive

The staff at Ten Square were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was ready early; they took my bags in so I could rush off; allowed me to check out late and kept my bags safe after check out too, allowing me to explore Belfast bag-free until my departure. Would definitely stay again, thank you to everyone there.
