The room was looking and feeling a bit tired.had to speak to someone about the air con as it was extremely warm.the issue was dealt with quite effectively and the room was cooler and also supplied a fan.location is about on the outskirts but still easy to get to places with the metro…good hotel but ...

Excellent, comfortable stay. Though, if you want more "airflow in your room", you need to call an attendant to open the window. Would stay here again.

Regent Beijing
The help I received from the Concierge was just incredible, cannot praise her enough. The help team that assisted with other issues were also wonderful. The room was superb, the only issue being the air-conditioning. It was far too hot and couldn't be turned down.

Other neighbourhoods around Nanyuan
Xuanwu
You might enjoy the historical sites while in Xuanwu. Niujie Mosque is a notable sight, and you can get around town at Guang'anmennei Station or Guang'anmen Station to see more of the city.
Fengtai
The mountain views and museums are just a few things visitors like about Fengtai. Marco Polo Bridge and Museum of Chinese Gardens and Landscape Architecture are worthwhile spots to check out, and you can hop on the metro at Fengtai Dongdajie Station or Qilizhuang Station to get around the larger area.
Jianwai Street
While you're in Jianwai Street, take in top sights like China World Trade Center or China World Mall, and hop on the metro to see more of the city at Guomao Station or Yong'anli Station.
Downtown Beijing
Historical sites, museums and art galleries highlight some notable features of Downtown Beijing. Make a stop by Peninsula Beijing Shopping Arcade or Intime Lotte Department Store while you're visiting, and jump aboard the metro at Jinyu Hutong Station or Dengshikou Station to get around town.
Dongdan
Visitors to Dongdan love its popular shops, and you can check out Wangfujing Paleolithic Museum and Oriental Plaza. If you want to see more in the area, you can get around town on the metro at Dengshikou Station.
Xicheng
Historical sites, museums and theatres highlight some notable features of Xicheng. Make a stop by Xidan Shopping Center or XiDan Shopping District while you're visiting, and jump aboard the metro at Lingjing Hutong Station or Xidan Station to get around town.
