As a solo female traveller I felt that the hotel was very secure as it had: Keycards and lift access were locked to your hotel room’s floor Police available on site near lift near concierge Cons 🚫: I want a daily turn down service but I was woken up with knocking, phone ringing, or my room was entered while I was in there by housekeeping despite having my DND turned on.
