We called multiple times, yet no one answered, leaving us no choice but to stay overnight at a friend’s place. When we tried to address this issue with the manager the next day, instead of apologizing, he blamed us for coming back late and pointed out that they are “not a 5-star hotel” — as if that justified locking guests out...
