"The good: the bed was comfortable, the products provided (soap, moisturiser, towels, loo roll etc) were very appreciated (I rarely pack my own soaps as it takes up space in my bags and adds weight). My favourite thing was the breakfast; it was incredible 10/10! The little light next to the bed was great & the charger too. If I needed a shower, the multiple shower heads & adjustability would have been fantastic as I hate not being able to reach certain areas. I loved having room service, never had it before. Very much worth it. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Everything was high quality/standard. I would absolutely stay here again! The neutral: loo roll holder was very loose on the wall, it needs fixing - room number 135 (it could easily be ripped off the wall with enough force or further damaged in an accident). One of the loo flush buttons didnโt work. Hand towels were too big and no flannels/face cloths. No separate light switches for the tea/coffee set area. It was either on with the main door light or off, so it was blindingly bright or very dark. The bad (but NOT dealbreakers): the two chairs in the room were not comfortable and the wheels on the desk chair were very stiff."

"Large hotel; you may be quite far from the entrance. Luckily there is a trolly for moving bags. Parking on site is paid, but secure. Recommended."

"Great location. Spacious room, and a kitchen so you could make your own breakfast and snacks. Dining table and arm chair. Comfy beds. A little tired looking but clean. We were very happy."

"Pretty much amazing and safe for the price, nicest staff, always available drinks and 2am snacks. Rooms are simple and well layed out, with ample room for each occupant. Two caveats, however. One was our sink plug, broken upon arrival, but that was far from a problem and I know that they would have fixed it should we have needed that service. Two, safes are not secure, as ours was giving us trouble and I was able to GOOGLE a universal safe unlock code for the make and model very easily. This startled us a bit, and I'm sure it's an issue that other safes face, but just don't put 100% trust in it. Despite that, our room felt very secure in the care of the staff. This is the best deal, the best location and the best hotel we were able to find in Antwerp, by miles."
