"Lake Garda is a stunning place and we were delighted with Grand Hotel Terme as our choice of accommodation.
The location is fantastic. There is plenty to explore on the peninsula and it is easy to get out on the water by boat. The hotel itself has amazing views of the castle and the lake.
We stayed in one of the suites which was generous in size, clean and had a great balcony.
The staff were all super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was on point.
We ate at the restaurant one evening and were impressed with our meal. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of food.

I was warmly greeted by Simone, who brought me to pick up my friend at the train station. Then, we were both greeted by Federico, whose customer service is outstanding, along with Simone, and Luis. Federico gave us a lot of information about the village, and offered suggestions for dinner. He, and the entire staff truly care about their guests. The location is amazing-right next to ferry stop.
