"Very misleading property. It was pretty much till six not till eight. The rooms were dirty disgusting, bedsheets had stains hair. It was literally not washed bedsheets and pillows. We got two bedroom room for two person and tables were only for one person not enough when I went to management to request a few more extra towels and clean bedsheets. She said that they don’t have any more. Very disgusting room rooms."

"Hey, the property is what it is. It’s Monterey Road it’s been around forever. The staff was excellent. I lost my keys. Did you magnetize the accommodated me? It was great can’t be responsible for the people who rent places because the people above me were like stomping all night and and we’re really loud but other than that, though hey it is what it is. It was a good time. I’d go out there again. "

"I’m not sure where the issue started, but my experience was very frustrating. I arrived with an online reservation, and the front desk couldn’t find it. They made little effort to help until I asked for a manager, who told me to deal with Orbitz and pay again if I wanted to stay.
After multiple calls with Orbitz, I had to cancel and request a refund (which takes up to 10 business days) and pay out of pocket. The front desk first quoted me around $86, then tried to charge $100 until I questioned it. My room key also didn’t work, so I had to go back to get it fixed.
The room was very noisy—right by the freeway with constant traffic and semi-trucks. Guests nearby were loud, and the front desk didn’t answer when I called. There’s also a train that runs close by, and the noise at night was extremely disruptive.
Overall, I got little to no sleep and had a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here."
