"We had a wonderful time. We were a little further from the Erie Canal, about a half hour, but found it easily with GPS. The front desk gave us a great list of the restaurants in the area. My only complaint would be that the coffee at the lobby was often cold. "

The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the food options in the morning were solid and typical of a HIE. It's next door to two restaurants so it's very convenient to walk to dinner, and there's an amazing bagel place (Willie's) just over the bridge for bigger breakfast options and lunch."
