"Crowne was great to stay. The staff are amazing and friendly, it’s just the fiji way. Although I must say, parts of it is still under construction. We must have moved in to a room that had just finished. There were some fixtures that needed touching up. Nothing big though. Staff notified. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Mercure! Our first room had a toilet that didn't work and after a couple of attempts to fix it, we were given a new room immediately. The staff were always there to help and the breakfast chef soon became one of our best friends, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Dinner was also really good too. I had a massage while I was there on the first night and it was awesome, felt so relaxed. The room we stayed in was pleasant, and while not the newest it absolutely served it's purpose. Would 1000% stay there again. Take me back to Fiji ASAP 👌"
