Only side note was it was a tiny bit difficult to find parking on the last night where we came back later which is to be expected in a residential area, and the hill on the road leading up to the property is a pretty steep walk, but manageable. "Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Beautifully renovated room and bathroom, very clean, comfy bed and sheets. Lovely little balcony. Kitchenette was fully equipped. Highlight was the gorgeous pool, with loungers! Breakfast was included, though it was the the same everyday,it was good. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. Use of A car would be recommended to stay here. The on site restaurant was so so….it would have been good to easily dine in Palau .There are only 6 taxis in Palau, and they charge 25€ for the 5 km trip into town. The value for the price we paid was excellent though. "
"Hotel Rafael was amazing. Great little cove, super small and cute hotel. Amazing staff, thank you Martina! The only issue is it is quite far from other restaurants, you have to drive 10+ minutes. Restaurants and shopping at the hotel area is great. Good place to lounge and relax."

"This hotel was just what we were looking for to take a catamaran trip. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, uphill from the port, which has wonderful restaurants and a superb coffee shop with amazing pastries. We parked onsite and left the car parked for 2 nights never moving it until leaving. The room was 119, spacious with full sea view. Check in & out was so smooth and very clean. We appreciated the exceptional detail and care the older gentleman took in the breakfast area. "
