"We have stayed at Miralonga many times over the last 25 years and it’s always wonderful. The staff are very friendly and the view from the hotel is so nice. "
"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
"Lovely B&B great value for money and very clean & pristine, very happy with this find. The host Monica was very easy to contact & it was a good base to explore La Maddalena. Only side note was it was a tiny bit difficult to find parking on the last night where we came back later which is to be expected in a residential area, and the hill on the road leading up to the property is a pretty steep walk, but manageable. "Hotel Rafael was amazing. Great little cove, super small and cute hotel. Amazing staff, thank you Martina! The only issue is it is quite far from other restaurants, you have to drive 10+ minutes. Restaurants and shopping at the hotel area is great. Good place to lounge and relax."
"we absolutely loved the stay at this hotel. it was roomy, cosy and very relaxing. we would defikitely come back. there were markets, entwetainment in the streets and lovely beaches. the staff was very friendly and warm hearted. we can only recommend this hotel for duture guests!!"
"This hotel was just what we were looking for to take a catamaran trip. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, uphill from the port, which has wonderful restaurants and a superb coffee shop with amazing pastries. We parked onsite and left the car parked for 2 nights never moving it until leaving. The room was 119, spacious with full sea view. Check in & out was so smooth and very clean. We appreciated the exceptional detail and care the older gentleman took in the breakfast area. "
