"Nice place in downtown mckinney. My only issue. Well 2 issues was first night the room i had smelled of an almost pesticide and the air conditioner was t working correctly. They moved me to another room the following night but i was awoke several times throughout the night by barking dogs in a room nearby. So its nice and quaint but you can hear others pretty clearly. "

"We had a spill and when I cleaned it up the rag was filthy. Don't use the bathroom because there's no soap to wash your hands. There's only a small tube of shampoo for two people. There's no soap to wash dishes either. Speaking of dishes, there's a kitchenette but nothing to cook with. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, just a microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer."

"This is a nice property, but could use a refresh here and there. The desk chair in my room had torn up padding on the arm rest. Not a deal breakers, but very uncomfortable. "

"We have stayed at this location many times - it is clean but needs attention - the floors are sloping, which is concerning. This is not the first time we have been in a room where the floors slope. All in all good place, clean. Just needs some upkeep attention. The bar is pretty"

"The room was good. Beds were very comfy. . The outlet in the bathroom didnt work so we had to dry our hair elsewhere but there were plenty of oulets. We went to the pool and it was ice cold (indoor pool) and the whirlpool was lukewarm. Breakfast had a good variety of things. Overalll devent and i would atay here again."

"Room was okay. The microwave was very outdated and ragged unable to use. The grounds aren’t safe for families or with kids - lots of construction workers there and truckers come there they sit outside and smoke and drink. It’s not suitable for children; it seems unsafe."

"The young lady working when we arrived was very nice,helpful and informative. We were assigned room 310 for a one night stay. The sofa in this room was beyond dirty. We had to get a sheet from the extra linen bag and put over it before sitting down. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. It was an extremely busy time with a lot of very loud kids, this they have no control over. "
