"No pool! We chose this hotel instead of others mainly because they had pool. However, the pool was not open yet in wait for inspection. This was not announced at the website. Our kids were very disappointed. The staff lacked enthusiasm and were unwelcoming. The room had a weird smell. The only upside was that we had breakfast outside with a nice view of the marina."

"Absolutely beautiful, Nikki and Sean are fantastic hosts. Breakfast was beautiful and more than enough. Fresh fruits, delicious pastry and a made for each person egg soufflé. All with juices, coffee and tea. The house is magnificent and the value of the price, room, and breakfast is stellar. Do not hesitate, it is absolutely lovely and I can’t wait to come back."

"The hotel is fine, but it’s a bit outdated. I stayed here almost 20 years ago, and it really hasn’t changed a bit, which also means the rooms haven’t been upgraded. They have a great location on the river obviously, but they charge an exorbitant amount for what you actually get."

"As a member I requested an early checkin when I arrived at 1:00PM. The attendant at the counter said that I could not checkin until 3:00PM. I sat in the lobby and I could not checkin until 3:00 on the dot, not a minute earlier. While I was in the lobby waiting a man and a woman came in. The man was extremely intoxicated. Staff allowed him entrance. The man came to me asking where the bathroom was. I told him and pointed to it. He then walked past the bathroom, went into a hotel room, and relieved himself right there in the floor. He then came out apologizing. All the while I saw no action from any employee at the hotel. The lady at the counter was not very friendly nor helpful."

"Overall, great location and beautiful accommodations. We did experience an issue with the balcony door lock which was broken. Secondary lock mechanism difficult and jammed which kept us from accessing the balcony easily. Body wash in shower was empty when we first arrived, felt housekeeping should have refilled prior to next arrival. I would stay here again though. Great views!"
