"This is a lively property that is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and well layed out. The location is great and close to retail stores, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in New Bern."

"Well the first night was great. We had to have a handicap accessible room for my dad. Room was awesome but the second night the room beside ours had people that were loud and in and out of their room till 4:30am. You could hear the door opening and closing multiple times. I did not sleep at all. I let the front desk know and they were going to say something to the guest since on weekends you have to sign a paper stating that you will not be disrupting and disrespectful of other guest. When I got back after going out I was informed for my safety and my parents safety that they feel like we should move to another room for the night cause the guest they spoke to was disrespectful to them and that they would probably retaliate if we stayed that night in the room. Mine you I am with my dad who is handicap and we had to move. I was not happy that I had to go pack everything up and move our things to another room. Very rude."
