"The hotel is lovely and all of the staff were very professional. However, our check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00, but our room wasn't ready until 5:30. This was a great inconvenience. They gave us a drink each on the house by way of apology, which was nice, but an hour and a half wait is unacceptable. It meant we had to delay our pre-nade supper plans, and because of that we missed the haunted tour of the hotel, which was something we had really been looking forward to."

"Took my kids there for a fun night away of swimming for our spring break, and was very disappointed. At check in 4:00 pm we were notified the pool was closed from 5-7 pm daily for cleaning. Then at 7 there was well over 40-50 people in the pool area all trying to use it. We finally were able to get in at 9:00 pm comfortably (15-20) people still. And just to become ill quickly as the air filtration system was broken and the chlorine was so bad it was making people sick. We will not be returning "
