Lovely clean comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Very pleasant staff, I think the owners. Highly recommended.

A delightful chalet high up from the town with spectacular mountain views and fresh alpine air. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with homemade jams and cake to compliment the croissants and rolls. Local meat and cheese too. We walked down to the town for delicious pizza in the evening.

A really nice, clean and well fitted out apartment, secure underground parking and a laundry room should you need it. Staff were always friendly and helpful if you needed anything at all. Everything you could need within a short walk from shops to travel links whilst being located in a stunningly beautiful part of the country.

From arriving early, Devila made me feel really welcomed. She checked me in early which was a real bonus. Devila then gave me the complete lowdown of Andermatt. She’s a real asset to the place. The room was fantastic. Fully prepped. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Typical Swiss style building with geraniums in the wall pots. Lovely room with views of the mountains. Hotel was right in the centre of Andermatt and central to lots of places to visit.

Very friendly staff who were most helpful. Shoutout to the girl on reception with short hair who was fantastic and gave us some good recommendations. The food was nice and the room was good for the price.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Man fühlt sich willkommen in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das einzige was man monieren könnte ist die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmerausstattung. Ansonsten war aber alles perfekt!

We stayed in the penthouse suite which i think must sleep 5 or 6 (it had 3 bedrooms). The hotel sits on the edge of Lake Maggiore and from the “balcony” of the suite the views were amazing. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We were there for the moon & stars festival and the hotel is right at the end of the food street but we weren’t disturbed at all when we went to sleep.
