Outdated hotel with unfriendly staff

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment, it can be seen everywhere. The worst was the awful smell in the hallways. Staff was very unfriendly and not very helpful, even provided wrong information. The parking was supposed to be included but we had to pay when exiting the premises. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.

"אל תסתכל בקנקן אלה מה שבתוכו"

אני וחבריי הזמנו את המלון הזה למרות כל התגובות הרעות שהוא קיבל. אמרנו לעצמו בטח מדובר באנשים מפונקים וכו חזרנו משם אתמול ואני פשוט מאוכזב כמה שהמלון הזה נראה טוב ויפה ככה הוא רקוב מבפנים המסדרון מסריח מריח של סיגריות הגענו לחדר ביום הראשון קראנו לקבלה שיסדרו את הכספת בחדר כדי שנוכל לשים את הכסף שלנו בפנים נאלצנו לחכות 8 שעות כדי שיגיע מישהו - כי לא רצינו לצאת לרחובות עם כל הכסף בטיול וזה לא הכל מהיום השני חטפתי קלקול קיבה בהתחלה לא הבנתי ממה זה אפילו אמרתי אולי אחת מהמסעדות שם עד שביום האחרון הכנתי לעצמי קרונפלקס ופתאום כשאני מערבב את החלב הבחנתי בגושים מוזרים... המלון הגיש לנו אוכל מקולקל ולא החליף אותו כל השבוע חזרתי הביתה חולה מת. בקיצור להתרחק מהמלון הזה כמו מאש

Das Hotel ist super, nur lässt der Service einige Wünsche offen. Das Personal hat höchstens 3 Sterne. Im Restaurant, die Kellner wissen oft nicht was sie machen sollen, unterhalten sich dann untereinander, ich habe vorher sowas noch nie erlebt. Das Essen, Frühstück, war gut, passt. Man kann Georgien nicht mit Türkei 5 Sternen vergleichen, da wären es höchstens nur 3 Sterne. Aber das Hotel ist sehr schön. Nachdem ich gesagt hatte dass ich eine E-Mail geschrieben habe bekamen wir ein Zimmer im achten Stock mit Meerblick. Das war sensationell. Negativ ist auch das niemand deutsch versteht und Englisch war auch nicht so gut. Der Innen- ubd Außen -Pool war o. k., Fitnesstraum auch. Im Spabereich war öfters das Dampfbad defekt. Im Hotel sind vorwiegend arabische, israelische und einheimische Gäste. Es ist mal ein anderer Urlaub, muss man gesehen haben.
