"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with special thanks to Nikoli in particular. They even accommodated a late checkout on our last day, which we...

Stuff is excellent!
Some basic items need to be upgraded.
Shower and toilet require restoration.
Mattress at “glass bedroom “ is out of service already need to be replaced to more advanced."
