"Overall I loved this place"

"Breakfast was great. The staff providing breakfast were always keeping hot and fresh food going, and keeping the area clean. Different options each morning. The hotel itself was clean overall. The rooms were clean, public spaces including bathrooms, laundry and dining were all great. My biggest complaint is that housekeeping was every other day, which was fine. But then we would be out until 3 or 4pm and they still hadn’t come. By that time we needed to get ready for dinner or give our kids naps "

"The room wasn’t up to my standards as far as cleanliness. The fridge was dirty and had stains on the outside and the shower needed to be deep cleaned. Also hallway had a strange smell. "

"Second time starting here within the past couple of weeks! Love the shower and the water gets HOT (I love it) The breakfast and staff are the best here! Keep up the great work guys! It’s quiet and feel absolutely safe here! "

"We had a handicap room. Which I did not request so that was water all over the bathroom floor each time we took a shower. I called down to room service to get more towels. I had to go get them instead of someone coming to bring them to me. Our room did NOT get cleaned for two days. I’m not sure what the issue was. We did NOT have a do not disturb sticker on the door."
