"Very disgusted with the cleanliness"

"I didn’t like that I had to change rooms from where I was to an accessible room at all. I am not handicapped but due to a “booking block” I had to be moved to an unwanted room. The cost of this place is overpriced by about $50 and the security deposit is more than it should be for this area. This hotel was tolerable until I had to be switched. The staff was fine and the breakfast was as expected. I had a pretty ok stay until I was moved. "

"We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to or on the Jack Markell Bike Trail. This was a good find for us. This hotel is right on Route 13 south which is busy but if you ride south parallel on the sidewalk to a right on Baylor Blvd (about 1/2 mile) the bike trail run’s across Baylor Blvd about 1 mile down Baylor Blvd. Left on the bike trail will take you to downtown New Castle and right goes to Wilmington River Front. Fun ride and free breakfast at Fairfield was a great start to our day."

"I have no complaints concerning the hotel. I had a junior suite on the top floor. My complaints were the barking dog next door to me and the children running up and down the hall. I was there for a short visit and to get some rest. The dog barked until 9pm (thank goodness) but started again off and on at 6:30am. It's bad enough that dogs are now allowed in hotels but they should be trained well enough how to behave when in a place with other people. I did speak with the front desk when I checked out about the situation and he apologized and gave me extra points for my inconvenience. Would I stay there again...probably so but not on a floor especially where there are dogs. "

"Nice place and staff, however, requested handicap accessible room- which we got but was at the farthest end of motel. No where near front entrance and check in. Very inconvenient for those with disabilities"
