The management staff was awesome as well as the front desk staff. However, the rooms need to be upgraded. My closet only had one sliding door, the shower spritzed our faces, the carpet has spots on it, the toilet seats in the rooms don’t match, the dining room chairs are peeling, etc. I was in room 335. Again, the property needs many upgrades.

They somehow gave my room away and told me they were sold out. Then they “found one more room and upgraded me to a suite” ( don't know what makes it a suite i guess because it has a sofa). The room had a very strong suffocating smell of bleach, so we figured maybe they just finished cleaning but not the case. The sink wasn't clean there were dead flies on the table, crusted stuff was on the toilet base and the carpet felt like it hasn't been cleaned EVER. So i think they just poured bleach in the tub or something and left. Also the tub had a slippery substance in it while i showered and i never seen a shower spout on the opposite wall of the faucet and drain that was very weird. So it was a very uncomfortable stay luckily it was just for one night. Being under the Hilton name i expected more. Wont book here ever again.

Very overpriced and i booked for the pool and thw pool was vety green. I was told it was worling before checking in. Only to find it was green. Was promised to rectify the problem the next day. Because iwas gonna stay if rhe pool was clean . But the next day pool was still vwery green. We left and wentvto another hotel next door. Very unhappy
