Very nice property downtown Baton Rouge. Hotel was very nice and clean. Valet service was excellent! Restaurants nearby are fantastic!

My first staying at the hotel I was checking in and the young lady with contacts was rude to us and was confusing the lady checking us in and we had to wait to check in then I asked for utensils and the front desk girl was trying to look into my room the room was nice but the front desk attendants are rude now the lady who checked us in was nice but the girl was rude and housekeeping was rude too

What I like best is the customer service by Mimi on the phone when we were having problems, navigating parade traffic and by Jared who was patiently waiting for us to get there and Mr guaranteed (not his real name but his personality shined bright)who had our car available waiting for us in the morning. Also David was so helpful at breakfast. Pleasant conversation. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely be returning to this location. I am a Human Resources professional and you can tell when employees are happy to do their job. Kudos to management 👍

Very nice!
Staff was very friendly!! Valet was quick and easy. Bar area had a few great beers and the food was very good. The connected Starbucks is very convenient too. This will now be my go-to hotel for Baton Rouge business trips.

Nothing on site says no parking at hotel. Only two options are park two blocks away at a public parking lot or valet for $22 a day. Advertises as breakfast included but its a Starbucks and maybe a sandwich. I pre-paid but when ordered, name/room wasn't on list so just walked away. Wouldn't stay here again

Arrived 9pm. Front desk clerk said valet left hours ago and park at my own risk. I asked where to park. He stated the street was my best “chance” at not getting car broken in to. Could not find spot in street so parked in nearest paid lot. There was broken window glass ALL over that lot. We were lucky enough to not have any issues. But it was stressful and I Will not be returning.

Overall a great experience at this hotel. The only thing I would have preferred, was if a member of housekeeping came in the room to replace towels and take out the trash. We had our room for 3 days/nights and needed housekeeping at least once throughout our stay.

Twin Sofa sleeper
We came for a concert. While the hotel was clean the sofa bed was misleading. It is advertised as a double sofa bed. It is a Twin. We wanted a double bed but none were available thinking the double sofa would work we took the room. One person ended up having to sleep on the floor due to the sofa bed being a twin instead of a double.
