"Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff."

"Excellent location not far from main town centre but still in quiet area. great staff ,great breakfast clean ,comfy pillows and bed ,good shower and bath ,well stocked complimentary tea coffee milk sugar etc .parking a little tight but staff there to assist if you struggle .saying that would still score it a 10 out of ten and would stay again 👍"

"We had a lovely stay, close to the train station and walking around Bath city.
Staff were very helpful and quite professional. Breakfast was served and a great choice. Being close to the station meant some late night noise, but nothing to spoil the stay.
Parking is available but limited. I would definitely recommend this hotel to you!"
"Everything was first-rate (staff, location, breakfast, etc). My only significant beef has to do with the room design, which clearly responded more to the need to keep construction cost low than it did to customer convenience. 1) There is exactly one outlet in the entire room. That requires some dexterity these days with all that needs to be charged. 2) The shower door opens in such a way that one cannot enter and close the running shower without dousing the outside of the door. 3) The toilet cannot be flushed without lowering the lid. 4) Given the absence of a closet or even a folding suitcase rack, I cannot imagine sharing the room (if my wife were with me.) Not much can be done at this point, but caveat emptor!"
"We were in the Executive Garden room which was very nice. Extremely clean, good amount of storage for the few days we were there. Bed very comfortable. En-suite Bathroom was very modern and done to a very good standard. Staff were very helpful with bus and taxi details to get into city (fairly steep hill back up to accommodation). Parking was limited but fortunately we managed to get a space for our full stay. We have an electric car and unable to charge at accommodation, as advertised. Seems it has been broken for some time as we had made enquiries a few times before arriving. Breakfast was extremely nice with good options available. I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation, and would highly recommend"
"Lovely hotel in close proximity to the station and to the city centre.
Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Lovely shower too.
Breakfast was good in the morning too!"
"Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms/bathrooms very clean. Breakfast was nice . Walking distance to Bar/ restaurants. Overall very nice 2 nights 3 days."
"Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and super great location about a 2 to 15 minute walk to pretty much everything. A free drink voucher upon arrival and they were able to hold our bags when we checked out until we needed to catch our train."
