"The rating is due to issues we found with our room. The best this hotel has is the employees. Very helpful and tried to resolve our questions requests and issues as fast and good as possible. The issues are more related to the poor maintenance. Not sure if lack of budget as maintenance parson help us promptly with other issues. On arrival we noticed the shower rusty, the soap holder broken and the ceiling with signs of previous leaks. Bathroom doors need a good paint coat. A Cockroach was in the room (same for other family member room) Again, employees are great and helpful. Beds were clean. Breakfast was good and shuttle on time and driver was friendly. Owner should make physical improvements as age is showing around. Elevator, side access doors, etc."

"I stayed here twice recently. They have a shuttle to the airport. It’s a pretty hotel. My first room was super clean and well maintenance. Then I stayed there again last night and we had the handicap room. There were a few things that were broke or worn. This is a new hotel a lot of traffic with the airport.and the free shuttle. There was no body wash or conditioner in the dispensers for my second stay. First time I would’ve given it five stars and did on my review. The food at the restaurant is really good. Overall, it is a nice hotel."

"This property looks great on paper. We couldn't use the green pool, the entire downstairs for gym, breakfast, business center though they had rescue air installed, was very hot. The usual breakfast was fine and gym equipment good and staff very nice and helpful. When leaving they did not give me the expedia credit and had to go back and charge it back in refund to me. Could be much better and we missed out on pool and just felt it wasnt up to expectations."

"This hotel is very convenient to the airport and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and the sleeping area appeared to be refurbished and in good shape. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom showed a little bit of wear, but was clean. The towels are a bit small and thin. The hallways definitely show wear, but again, they were clean. I used the Fitness area, which was well maintained and had a nice view. The breakfast area is spacious and the breakfast options are varied. The front desk staff is helpful."
