"Staff is amazing and extremely accomodating. Rooms are amazing for the price. Only criticism is walls in rooms and hallways naturally show some damage from over the years as peoole have bumled into them and left narks, but everything is clean and this small cosmetic issue doesnt detract from the overall quality of the stay."

"rooms are very cute, clean and quiet, considering proximity to GDL. Staff are very helpful and accomodating, and an extra 14E for a great breakfast is totally worth it. However, when I booked through Expedia it was 120E per night, but if I had contacted the hotel directly it would have been 75E/night. I dont think a 45% markup is really fair. I hope you change your policy to reflect a more fair markup (15%?) and that you publish this critique."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. And, I appreciated the snacks that were provided. We just had one hiccup: the hotel's database was apparently hacked and I received an email and a text message that were spoofed to look like messages from the hotel asking for payment. I would recommend staying at this hotel, but just be careful about communications and payment that you did not initiate."
