The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Lovely hotel with great bed and aircon . Was recommended a lovely restaurant by staff. Great free parking. Would stay again

Nice hotel and good restaurant

Excellent stop over. Clean Hotel, dog friendly, easy parking. Restaurant on site. Good value although 19 Euros for one night for my dog who doesn't molt is a bit steep. He's a lot cleaner than my kids were at his age 😉

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Food is great!

Nice hotel - 15 min. away from Verona center. Nice staff, decent room. Breakfast good enough, free parking is bonus.

I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. We booked an elegance room which has a hot tub, but our hot tub didn't work, so they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. The staff were a delight and happy to help and take...

Excellent location, fantastic hosts who are super responsive and full of local tips.

Quirky hotel in a great location between the Arena and Juliet’s balcony. My single room was spacious with everything I needed. The bed was definitely bigger than a single! The welcome drink was a nice touch on arrival. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of hot and cold food. The hotel was very busy though!

This is our second visit to Opera Relais de Charme and it's been another full ratings visit. The appartment is so close to the main points of interest. Also in a restriced area for most car traffic. We used the train to visit Lake Garda and with an all day ticket travelled via hyrofoil to explore many towns. Take to the mountains via cable car. Look down from 1,790 metres to the lake. You can train from Verona to Venice or Milan. When we visit again we plan to use Verona airport. It's not ...

Different people will require different things from their hotel; research is key. I read up that this hotel was within the courtyard of the 'Balcony of Juliet' and that it would be busy downstairs, and that there was no dining room so breakfast would be served in room. Google maps showed that it is fairly central in the old part of the city. The entrance hall is deceiving as to what awaits; rooms look out either over the street towards the Piazza delle Erbe (as mine did), or over the Juliet...

It is perfectly place near the arena, The staff was super helpful in organizing all the details to make it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it.

Escalus is located in the centre of Verona, just a few steps from the Arena, which always seems to have something happening. The lack of in-house restaurant, bar or lounge space was no draw-back at all for us. Breakfast in-room service was excellent and always delivered on time. Restaurants are plentiful, varied and nearby. Shopping is equally convenient and caters for all tastes. Taxis and public transport are plentiful, clean and easy to use. Large areas of the city are traffic free. Loads of...
